Who can apply to Baaraku?

Only experienced professionals who can consistently deliver high-quality work. These roles are not entry-level.

Is this full-time or part-time work?

Most roles are remote and flexible. Work type and hours depend on client needs and role requirements.

What is the pay range?

Rates range from $4 to $11 per hour, depending on role, experience, and performance.

Do I need prior remote work experience?

Yes. Prior experience working remotely or with international clients is strongly preferred.

Is the video introduction mandatory?

Yes. Applications without a clear, professional video introduction will not be reviewed.

What are the video requirements?

The video must be clear, well-lit, professionally presented, and recorded in a quiet environment. Poor-quality videos are disqualified.

How long does the review process take?

Reviews are done on a rolling basis. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
